UMES SoMD Hawk's Autumn Reggae Wine & Music Festival Party Bus

Linganore Wine Cellars' Autumn Reggae Wine & Music Festival will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2020 RAIN OR SHINE! The cost of the trip is $60.00 per person. If you would like to avoid the Eventbrite fee, forward $60.00 to $umessomdhawks via Cash App and email us at southernmarylandhawks@gmail.com so that we can manually register you.  Your payment includes: roundtrip motorcoach transportation, breakfast, complimentary wine, VIP wine festival entry (no waiting in lines), souvenir wine glass, wine tasting and HAWK SWAG.  SALES END OCTOBER 3RD!!!!

NO CHILDREN OR PETS ON THE BUS!

The bus will depart the Oxon Hill Park & Ride (6700 Oxon Hill Road Oxon Hill, MD 20745) at 8AM sharp and will depart the festival at 6PM. The trip is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes each way. There are 56 seats on the bus. ***There will be a stop at the I-70 at Security Blvd Park & Ride for those in Baltimore, MD. The bus will depart from the Park & Ride at 9:20am. Q: Do I have to be a UMES HAWK to attend?

A: Nope. Come on and let this HAWK PRIDE rub off on you.

Q: What if it sells out?

A: We are told that Bus Tour tickets do not sell out; however this bus will. Purchase sooner rather than later.

Q: If it rains, can I get a refund?

A: No. Festivals are held rain or shine.

Q: I bought a ticket but cannot attend, can I get a refund?

A: Tickets are Non-Refundable.

Q: What is at the festival?

A: All festivals feature live music, tasting of 19 different wines, craft beer tastings, guided winery tours, fine art, and craft vendors and food vendors.

Q: What can I bring in?

A: Blankets and/or chairs to sit on

Q: Pop-up tents (max size: 10’ x 10’) or umbrellas Note: tents and umbrellas may only be set-up in a designated area of the lawn.

A: Food, coolers and non-alcoholic beverages. Please NOTE: All bags and coolers will be searched.

Q: What is prohibited?

A: Alcoholic beverages. Per Maryland state law, no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the premises. Please NOTE: Any outside alcohol will be confiscated;

Grills or cooking devices (e.g warmers, hot plates, broilers…), generators, devices that need electricity;

Pets; and

Radios or speakers for music other than festival music.

Q: Do you accept credit cards? Do the vendors accept credit cards?

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) in all wine purchasing areas. Some vendors accept credit cards and some are cash only. There will be an ATM on site.

Q: Can I have my birthday party/bridal shower/bachelorette party or other special occasions at the festival?

A: Yes! We are happy that you are choosing to celebrate your special day with us. You are welcome to bring in a tent and your own food to provide for your guests. However, we do not reserve space during the festivals and at this time we do not have any VIP packages or private areas available.
